Our hours of business are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. All correspondence, picking, packing and dispatch will occur during these business hours. We are closed on Victorian Public Holidays.

Fire Hose Warehouse is not directly liable for any loss or theft of goods during/after the item is picked up by the specified freight company. Freight insurance is not included in the quoted freight price. If Australia Post Parcel Post or Express Post is selected, consignment tracking is available to the buyer upon request.

Fire Hose Warehouse reserves the right to reject any claim in a situation where the customer does not adhere to our Terms & Conditions of sale. Prices

All references to currency on this website are Australian currency. While great care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of all website prices and images, Fire Hose Warehouse reserves the right to correct errors and adjust prices to account for circumstances beyond our control.

Products, availability & assembly

Due to popularity or interruption of supply, some items may be unavailable or out of stock. It may be necessary to make changes to product specifications; we reserve the right to make these changes at any time and without notice.

Any advice, recommendation, information, technical information, specification, drawing, description, illustration, dimensions, assistance or service provided by Fire Hose Warehouse in relation to any products is given in good faith and is believed by Fire Hose Warehouse to be appropriate and reliable. Consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a Fire Hose Warehouse product has a minor defect, we will provide a repair or offer you a replacement or a refund. If a Fire Hose Warehouse product has a major defect, you are entitled to:

• reject the goods and receive a refund;
• reject the goods and receive an identical replacement or one of similar value if reasonably available; or
• keep the goods and receive compensation for the drop in value caused by the problem.
