When you make any purchase from firehosehouse.com.au you are covered by our own 7 day money back guarantee. If you have purchased an item by mistake or wish to exchange for another item you will be able to return it for a refund or exchange. Please note that items must be unused, in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund and that the original freight costs are not refundable. Freight costs to return the item is covered by the purchaser.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund of any product that fails to perform as intended due to manufacturing or assembly faults.
To the full extent permitted by law, all warranties, conditions and other terms express or implied by statute, custom or common law are excluded. Nothing contained in these terms excludes or restricts any consumer guarantee, warranty, condition, right or remedy implied by any statute (including the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot be excluded, provided that, to the extent that the statute permits, firehosewarehouse.com.au is entitled to limit its liability as set out below for a breach of a guarantee, condition or a warranty implied by that statute.

Exclusions
The guarantees do not apply to products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused or altered. The guarantees do not cover atypical wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. The guarantees do not apply if the products have been used for non-domestic purposes (unless otherwise stated). The guarantees do not cover consequential or incidental damages. The guarantees are to the benefit of the original purchaser of the product. They are not transferable.
